REQUIREMENTS
1. Junior Competition entry requirements - qualified bricklayer status exempts entry. 2. Entrants must be actively attending a programme of study / or apprenticeship with a recognised provider, provider endorsement required by providing a contact of the provider (college or independent training provider). 3. Apprentice entries must be further endorsed by their employer again by providing details of the employer 2. At point of application for apprentices on an standard in England, EPA activity must not be already scheduled within a timeframe of 3 months. IE-application January 1st 2026, no EPA activity confirmed before April 1st 2026. 3. In Wales and NI / Ireland, apprentices on a three year programme must still be actively studying within year 1 or 2. 4. Full time learners undertaking a diploma must not have achieved Level 2 at point of application 5. Existing rule, all competitors must be eligible for entry into Specmix Junior should they win Super Trowel Junior. That means for 2026 Super Trowel Junior participation, they must be of an age that will mean they will be no younger than 16 and no older than 21 in January 2027.
